Questions before your visit.
Ask us by phoneDo I need an appointment?
Not always — walk-ins are welcome for non-emergencies. Booking online or calling ahead is the best way to keep your wait short.
Do you offer video visits?
Yes. Video visits work well for prescription refills, check-ins on ongoing conditions, minor concerns and reviewing lab results.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We offer straightforward self-pay pricing. Call (267) 267-4567 and our team will walk you through it.
Can my family be involved in my care?
Yes. Especially for older adults, we’re happy to keep family and caregivers informed and involved in care plans.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our office is for non-emergency care.
